Mystic Angel444 takes NO RESPONSIBILITY for the client’s actions and decisions. You the client is fully responsible for your own life & decisions.
Mystic Angel444 has the right to reject or refuse a service if there is a feeling that a client is not aligned or refuses to use discernment. Or if a client wants to go against another person’s free-will.
Readings / Recordings are strictly confidential. You the client acknowledge that you will not share these on any public platform. Or use this to provide a service to third parties.
Our services do not include:
- solving crimes, or criminal accusations, locating lost items or persons
- predicting death dates, or predicting lotto numbers, predicting exact dates of events (for example: “What is the date I will get married?”)
- reading about past lives
- specifically reading about pregnancy
- diagnosing illnesses or finding cures for illnesses
- reading about possible demonic activity, questions related to dark energies or dark magic
- Going against peoples free-will
You the client acknowledge that all predictions of the future are not set in stone / guarantee outcomes. The predictions are expressions of opinion only.
The predictions are based on the current energies, events and the outcome can be influenced by your decisions and choices you make by your free will from the moment the reading is delivered to you.
BOOKING TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are 18 years of age and older and you have read all terms and conditions and give us consent to provide you with the relevant service.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
PAYMENT TERM
Appointments are only confirmed once payment reflects in our account.
Should payment not be received / cleared within 48 Hours of your booking, your session would be cancelled.
PAYMENT METHODS
Local Clients (South Africa) – We will supply you with the banking details for EFT / Deposits.
International Clients – We will forward you our PayPal link.
READING TIME
At the start of your reading, a timer will be set for the session purchased.
Due to time constraints, we cannot make exceptions and lengthen your reading beyond the time frame you purchased. We will provide you with your remaining time as the reading progresses. A refund or credit will not be given for unused time.
REFUND POLICY
No Exchanges, Returns, Refunds, or Credits will be made after the time of booking and purchase. Please make sure to read everything before purchasing. In order to maintain a proper schedule, a 10-minute grace period will be granted for a late arrival. If you are a no-show or non-responsive after that your booking will be cancelled and a refund will not be granted. The fee paid will be considered a donation.
- Should for any reason we are unable to provide a service that you have paid for. You will be refunded in full or have a choice to an alternative appointment.
SCAMMERS
Please be aware of scammers. We do not send our friend request. We will not approach you for donations or request your banking logins etc. Mystic Angel444 will not be held liable if you the client accept such request or reveal such information.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
